Jeddah Airport

Aegean Airlines operates from King Abdulaziz International Airport, the largest airport in Saudi Arabia. All international destinations are served from the North Terminal. Here you will find duty free shops as well as shops selling gifts, souvenirs, books and other general travel items (please note that the sale of alcohol is prohibited). Banks, ATMs, foreign exchange offices, restaurants, cafes, a post office and a prayer room also operate in the airport. Wi-Fi is available for a fee and PCs for internet connection can be found at various points in the airport, also for a fee.

Getting to the airport

King Abdulaziz International Airport is located 19 km north of the centre of Jeddah. The only way to reach the airport is by taxi or hiring a limousine. For your safety, please make sure to select only the specially licensed taxis (which display a special sign) and agree on the price with the driver before entering the taxi, as the rate is fairly expensive. The journey from the city centre to the airport takes around 30 minutes.
